Welcome Bonuses
Not all poker rooms use bonus codes, but many do. If you have a bonus code for a poker room, there will be a chance to "enter the code" when you are making a deposit at the room.
Almost all poker rooms offer a bonus to players who are signing up to play for the first time at the poker room. Some rooms give the players a choice of bonuses. Party Poker is one of those rooms. You can use the following bonus codes to select the welcome bonus that most interests you:
OPR25 - Using this code will give you $25 extra in a bonus account when you make your first deposit. This is a great deal for players making a small deposit at the poker room.
OPR100 - This bonus code will award a 20% bonus up to $100. If you are planning on making a larger deposit, $125 or more, this bonus code will be the better choice.
Other poker rooms require you to enter a bonus code to claim a bonus. For instance, at Paradise Poker you have to enter the code FIRST25 to claim your welcome bonus.
At Absolute Poker you have to claim your bonus as well. They post their welcome bonus code AP100 on the front page of their website.

Reload, or redeposit bonuses are also popular amoung the online poekr rooms. Very often, several times a week at some rooms, a poker room will run a promotion where all of their existing players can claim a depsoit bonus by entering the proper code. Absolute Poker is perhaps king of the online poker room bonuses. Regular players at that room can expect at least one bonus offer a week, and sometimes as many as five separate bonuses.
