On this next tell, I want you to really concentrate. The man is going to bet and I want you to try to figure out whether he has his hand, or he doesn’t.
Now what do you see happening here, he’s got his last card; he looked at the card and almost bet at the same. Would you call that bet?
The answer is that you should NOT call. This man set up this play way in advance. He either already had a flush made or he was looking for the flush and was determined he would only bet if he actually made it. He’s trying to lure your call by looking like he’s betting too fast.
In fact, if he hadn’t made the hand, here’s what would have happened. See, he took the bet back.
